The timeline
In Service1100 arrive and set up lathes1200 first groups arrive, safety briefing, and then grab kits and go to a turners station. 1500-1530 shut down/tear down
We have usually had a chance to make some of the kits left over as goodwill gifts to the administration/outreachone of the pens from that turn garnered a 5000$ donation to the school
If we can get as many volunteers possible to either guide the kids/help assemble or just outreach about the club. Luther provided the pen kits and some members including myself have taken and drilled and glued kits...If possible try to have them at the next meeting so we have a count
