[crw-talk] Luther Pen Turn November 21st

Good morning, just to let everyone know we are scheduled for a hands on pen
turn at Luther HS november 21st. We have done this two times previously
with great results.
We need volunteers to assist the kids as they turn a pen and with assembly.

The timeline

In Service
1100 arrive and set up lathes
1200 first groups arrive, safety briefing, and then grab kits and go to a
turners station.
1500-1530 shut down/tear down

We have usually had a chance to make some of the kits left over as goodwill
gifts to the administration/outreach
one of the pens from that turn garnered a 5000$ donation to the school

If we can get as many volunteers possible to either guide the kids/help
assemble or just outreach about the club.
Luther provided the pen kits and some members including myself have taken
and drilled and glued kits...If possible try to have them at the next
meeting so we have a count
in service
