Wow, a 12 on a scale of 0-10.  Wonderful.
That brown paper thing is something I tried once with woodturning, long 
before I had the finishing knowledge I now have so did not work out.  
But I know  artists who do that folk art painted wood stuff with acrylic 
craft paints use brown paper as a final abrasive.  I think I will retry 
the brown paper technique.  John
