[crw-talk] Mulberry table

Taking a rest from turning, I finished 4 of these side tables the other day. A friend gave me a mulberry log of which I had cookie cut at an Amish sawmill located outside EauClaire. Dried for about 2 years. 
John Fisher used his drum sander to flatten them nicely. Poly finish and rubbed with brown paper after the last coat. 
Considered addressing the crack with a bow tie or fill but decided to just leave it. The 20” legs online acquired online. 
Fun project!
