I would try applying pressure using a vice and three dowels. One dowel on the convex side of the bend. The possibility of snapping the blade does exist however. Do not apply heat. Enough heat to do the deed will ruin the temper and stainless is not easily re-tempered by an amatuer.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
