Thanks James, I just want to have a meeting. You are the President,
your call and the board's on which platform and when. I do plan to
attend the AAW one the afternoon of the 21st featuring John Jordan. I
personally do not deer hunt so the 21st works for me.
My two cents worth: I have never tried Microsoft Teams, never even
heard of it till now. I can get Zoom to work, mostly. I tried a remote
medical appointment with my Dr. last month on Skype Business, I could
not make it work at all. An idea, maybe have a practice run.
So what I envision is you determining the best platform then doing one
or maybe two practice sessions where members can join the meeting for a
few minutes to get the kinks worked out then leave, and others can use
it too. And if you are moderating, have your phone number available so
you can act as the help desk for those who are finding it too tricky
during the practice session. That way, a better chance of success with
the actual virtual meeting for us old goats who are not tech savvy.
Anyway, I am ready to rock and roll! Thanks for your leadership, John
