Ahh, that's the Johnston/Basham hollowing tool I made. I need to make
another one, perhaps more than one if anyone's interested.

John, your vase has a nice classic eggish shape, I think you nailed it
from what I can see. Hope you get it done without incedent!

Tools used to hollow were the John Jordan cutter used first then a similar tool with a wider cutter I purchased from Ken Grunke to clean up the interior and arrive at my intended wall thickness.
