[crw-talk] Proposal for Ft McCoy

Good afternoon, I was able to speak to Ft McCoy about trying for a
Demo/hands-on event on post. I was asked to write up an informal proposal
for them to look at. I have drafted this rough proposal and ask for any
additions or revisions needed since I have not had a chance to participate
in a demo, so I may be missing a piece or two. Please suggest your revision
on the thread versus the attachment so I don't have multiple version
floating about.
