Jim,
IF they're all acrylic, not a mixed blank (like wood and acrylic or other things in the acrylic), I prefer to wet sand don't sand acrylic dry) them up through the 12,000 grit of micro mesh and then either use a plastic polish (Available at A-line or also automotive stores) or a light buffing with white diamond compound. Some may stop at the 12,000 grit and that's fine but I like to do just one more step after that. If they are a mixed blank, a CA finish is the best option and that's a-whole-nother email. :-))) If so, just let me know.
