A little math, or trig or geometry maybe or just plain trial and error. Pic of the cutn sample project. First cut in 1 plane cut both sides of angle, flip 90 degrees same process. Touch up with sandpaper as needed. Maple mallet head, hickory handle approx. 5”X3”X2” head, 2 axis offset handle 11” including tenon, walnut wedge and plug. Mineral oil finish. Tenderizer head pointy things, bandsawn cut at 25 degrees in both directions.
