It will not be presented on Zoom <div dir="auto">The Board has decided to hold the vote for moving the club to Luther HS. </div><div dir="auto">The Vote will be structured as follows;</div><div dir="auto">-Members in good standing(Paid) will cast their votes either through email sent to myself at <a href="mailto:marine9096@gmail.com" target="_blank">marine9096@gmail.com</a> and Jay Johnson at <a href="mailto:jayejohnson099@centurytel.net" target="_blank">jayejohnson099@centurytel.net</a>. Please put your Full name for Identity purpose and simply say you are in favor of the move or you are not in favor.</div><div dir="auto">-An in-person vote will be held during the May meeting for those who didn't vote by email. Only one vote per member in good standing. Yes, you may pay for your membership prior to the May meeting if you wish to vote.</div><div dir="auto">-Jay or I will verify member status against the list of members and we will record that you have voted upon receiving your email.</div><div dir="auto">-We will tally all votes received via email and add to votes received at the end of the May meeting and issue the decision.</div><div dir="auto">The in person vote.</div><div dir="auto">-Members in good standing that did not vote via email will receive a paper ballot at the May meeting.</div><div dir="auto">-Cast your vote and return to Jay</div><div dir="auto">-Jay and another officer will verify good standing and record the vote.</div><div dir="auto">I will be resending the instructructions a few times leading up to the May meeting.</div><div dir="auto">In Service</div></div>-- <br><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature"><div>James A.
