Over the years he has created hundreds of pieces that have been displayed in galleries and museums around the world. </div>

<div style="color:#000000;font-size:12pt;text-align:left;" align="left">Mike will be doing a fast paced and fun woodturning demonstration, centered around making hollow vessels. He will start out by making an open bowl with hollowing tools, so you can see the tools cut. Covers the use of both straight and bent hollowing tools, showing both carbide cutters and HSS scrapers. A chance to see what happens on the inside of a hollow form. This also covers turning between centers and making a tenon to mount the piece safely in a chuck, so this demo is of general interest, not just for hollow forms. The main project will be a completed medium size hollow vessel, showing the entire process from start to finish.</div>
