It is with a heavy heart that I'm writing this email.  Joan Kelly, a turner from Memphis, was hit in the head when a bowl blank shattered almost two weeks ago.  She was found on the floor of her shop by her husband.  She passed away early this morning.  She was unconscious since the accident and the level of injury was too great for her to recover.  My prayers go out to her family and friends during this tough time.  <br>
