Cost is $25.00 for the two days plus $10.00 for electricity, if needed.<br>2) Vendors are those selling commercially available products as dealers even though they may be showing and/or selling turnings or carvings also. Cost of the vendor spots are $50.00 for the 2 days with electricity an additional $10.00, if you need it. <br>In addition to the monetary cost, each exhibitor/vendor will donate at least one item of their choosing for our silent auction and bucket raffle with winners picked at the end of each day.<br><br>There will be tables and chairs available at no additional cost along with skirting and chairs.<br><br>There will be a hospitality room set up for members, vendors, and exhibitors with coffee and other beverages along with homemade treats starting at 12:30 both days.<br><br>We will have volunteers available to help you set up and tear down and also, to give you some relief for breaks, if needed.<br><br>Set up will be Friday evening from 5-7 PM and Saturday morning from 7-8:30 AM with volunteers available to assist in carrying in your equipment. If your space is inside the conference rooms they will be locked and secured at 7:30 PM Friday evening and 6:30 PM on Saturday. If your space is located in the lobby area and you want secure space for the evenings it will have to be moved into the conference area both Friday and Saturday evenings. Show hours are Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM with conference room doors unlocked at 8 AM.<br><br>There will be advertising on 10 radio stations in the greater Chippewa Valley area along with TV interviews and newspaper. We will have a live radio broadcast from the Expo on Saturday morning for about 2 hours with interviews of exhibitors, vendors, and attendees.<br><br>There is ample parking available and a special hotel rate will be available to you. The location has complete facilities for your stay with a barber/hairdresser, convenience store, fine dining, Leinies Lodge pub and a swimming pool for guests. Our location is easy driving to Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, and Menomonie.<br><br>Getting to our Expo is easy and convenient being on a major 4 lane east/west highway(WI 29) just off of I-94 and US Hwy 53 with direct flights from Chicago O'Hare Airport into Eau Claire.<br><br>Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at our 2nd annual Wisconsin Woodturners Expo in Eau Claire.
