I am going on this flight and each Vet has a Handler so the number is at least 200 plus any support flight crew.

Yup, sponsor indeed. 

Do we know if the100 per flight are all vets or some their caregivers/handlers?

If the latter, do we make different pen levels? Ie, decent & higher end?

The proposal fits our mission. I suspect club's across the nation have done this. 

Let's move forward....a mention in the this months newsy could be helpful.
