Thanks for the verification, Kris. I had a memory of Ansel's family
donating back about the time he passed but I certainly do not recall the
amount. If we would need to, the treasurer could go through the records
to determine what was donated; but I do not see the need for it. (It
took place after my terms as treasurer.) As I said before, in my
opinion, we have enough cash on hand to safely spend $500-$700 for an AV
upgrade.
But I also agree with Jay (if I recall correctly) that we would also be
wise to do some fundraising such as selling wood to replenish the treasury.
