Subject: CRW officers candidates

Hello all,

Good meeting Sat. Wow, Rich did a wonderful job. The AV team (principally Duane) provided a good visual & sound experience.

Several people stepped up for offices nomination, which is good news and a well qualified slate agreed to be nominated, I whole heartedly endorse these candidates. My apology to Peg, I don't have her email or contact info.

Indeed, there appears to be no way for individual members to contact other members directly. Some kind of published list would be so helpful!

In looking at AAW officers guides & looking at various potential offices that would foster growth in the club, I suggest Publicist. I believe no version of club ByLaws mention this position, therefore it could be added & without any requirement the position holder be an AAW member.

A simple "motion" can be made at next club meeting to add the position, an affirmative vote by membership could add this position effective immediately.

It is my hope, a copy of the bylaws as submitted to the govt as required for the 501 non profit status in about 2017 or so can be provided prior to next board & club meeting to fully understand our clubs official structure.

The Publicist position is critical for club growth, especially if the membership desires getting the word out that CRW exists & expanding the membership base & programming options.

I have a suggestion of a current club member with a vision for growth and who has good organizational skills that I would highly endorse if the club membership chooses this route.

Thank you.
