[crw-talk] Cost of membership Opinions? What do you think.

A dozen years ago we set the dues at $36 (raising them from $35) for the 
purpose of prorating them at $3.00/month for new members. Existing 
members were not allowed to game the system by delaying their payment to 
March or April.  j
