Aaron,
Saw your response in da archive..yup, Eddie Holz, aka Curly, the old salt,
served on minesweepers- wooden hull Navy ships, as I recall him saying.
And, Eddie was a wonderful story teller as I recall. Eddie and his wife
brought wonderful food to the old club's Christmas potlucks..good times!

from deep in the recesses. Fond memories, remembering our wonderful
forebearers, no longer with us, Brother Finbar, Eddie, Jimmy Frank, Greg
