[crw-talk] I heard a “pop”

The picture with the short hairline crack was CA glued and I thought I was out of the woods. However, during lite shear scraping I heard a pop! I was unsure where it came from because it’s never happened to me before. The large crack was where I thought the piece was solid. Yes, I was wearing a face mask. 

The piece is now firewood. Even if I glued it up I wouldn’t be able to know how stable the wood is. Pays to be cautious.
