Depends on how much work you want to do.

Idea 1. Thin CA followed up by a gold or silver metallic paint with a thin
brush so looks like a vein of precious metal or color of your choice.

Idea 2. Some Dremel work to open it slightly. Some spray poly to coat the
valley. Then some epoxy resin with some color.
