I am anticipating some loading, unloading and parking questions and will try to answer them with what I know so far. Earth Fair s officially open to the public 11 AM ? 5 PM.? This year there is a vendor area as well and more participants.? I am think it might be easier to come a bit early, unload by the ECO building then park as you can.? There are a few parking areas near the Earth Fair area. I am planning on getting here between 9 and 9:30 to check out the accommodation?s and I hope we can be all set up by 10:30 AM? with demonstrations and displays.? Usually other presenters and vendors will wander about the area checking out other booths and demonstrations. There will be some food trucks at the fair but I do not have information about that they will be or how many there will be.? We can bring some lunch or send someone out if we want to. If you are selling woodturning you are responsible for taking care of your items, selling your items and giving 25% of your sales to the club.? The honor system will be in play.? You can leave the clubs percentage with me as cash or checks made out to the club. ? Any questions please contact me.??
