[crw-talk] April Meeting and Luther HS move vote

Good evening, as you may have heard there was an issue with Alan Lacer's
Demo for the April meeting. It also is Easter weekend so he has a family
commitment. We are looking to move his demo to October instead.
For those who have paid you can approach Jay if you want a refund,
otherwise your space is still reserved for the rescheduled date.
We are also looking to sponsor students and shop teachers from Luther and
Holmen
To date we have 5 for Luther and 3 for Holmen. We would like at least 5
each.

*The Board has decided to hold the vote for moving the club to Luther HS.
We will have an open discussion during the April meeting for any last
minute questions.*

*The Vote will be structured as follows;*
*-Members in good standing(Paid) will cast their votes either through email
sent to myself at marine9096 at gmail.com <marine9096 at gmail.com> and Jay
Johnson at jayejohnson099 at centurytel.net <jayejohnson099 at centurytel.net>.
Please put your Full name for Identity purpose and simply say you are in
favor of the move or you are not in favor.*


*-An in-person vote will be held during the May meeting for those who
didn't vote by email. Only one vote per member in good standing. Yes, you
may pay for your membership prior to the May meeting if you wish to vote.  *

*-Jay or I will verify member status against the list of members and we
will record that you have voted upon receiving your email.*

*-We will tally all votes received via email and add to votes received at
the end of the May meeting and issue the decision.*

*The in person vote. *
*-Members in good standing that did not vote via email will receive a paper
ballot at the May meeting.*

*-Cast your vote and return to Jay *

*-Jay and another officer will verify good standing and record the vote.*

I will be resending the instructructions a few times leading up to the May
meeting.
