[crw-talk] Fw[2]: Wig stand

Members,

For those of you who did not attend the January meeting, I brought a wig 
stand I had made for donation to the Cancer Center as part of the club's 
wig stand project.

Please make one or more and bring them to the February meeting.  The 
specifications are rather broad, give or take 6" diameter top, give or 
take 12" tall spindle and a base wide enough to support the rest of it.  
Poly might be the best finish to use,  something impervious to chemicals 
in the shampoo used to wash the wig and food safe so not likely give off 
any chemicals to the wig that would effect the wearer.  And wood 
choices?  Well, what do you have sitting around your shop waiting for a 
project?
