[crw-talk] Crack in handle

For all of my turning life, I have used the Ellsworth signature 1/2 inch bowl gouge. This probably is my 4th one. But never have I had one whereby the handle has cracked (as shown).

The good news is that Brad, at Packard, contacted Crown and Crown agreed to replace it. Even though I purchased it in 2019, they felt the handle should not have behaved badly like that. 
It was great working with Brad. Packard and Crown are given excellent marks by me!
