 I paid for one student's fee to attend the Alan Lacer event, and I would just like it held for the later meeting.

Good evening, as you may have heard there was anissue with Alan Lacer's Demo for the April meeting. It also isEaster weekend so he has a family commitment. We are looking tomove his demo to October instead. For those who have paid you can approach Jay if you want arefund, otherwise your space is still reserved for therescheduled date.We are also looking to sponsor students and shop teachersfrom Luther and Holmen To date we have 5 for Luther and 3 for Holmen. We would likeat least 5 each.
The Board has decided to hold the vote for moving the clubto Luther HS. We will have an open discussion during the Aprilmeeting for any last minute questions.
The Vote will be structured as follows;-Members in good standing(Paid) will cast their voteseither through email sent to myself at marine9096 at gmail.com andJay Johnson at jayejohnson099 at centurytel.net.Please put your Full name for Identity purpose and simply say youare in favor of the move or you are not in favor. -An in-person vote will be held during the May meeting forthose who didn't vote by email. Only one vote per member ingood standing. Yes, you may pay for your membership prior to theMay meeting if you wish to vote.  

-Jay or I will verify member status against the list ofmembers and we will record that you have voted upon receivingyour email.
-We will tally all votes received via email and add tovotes received at the end of the May meeting and issue thedecision.
The in person vote. -Members in good standing that did not vote via email willreceive a paper ballot at the May meeting.
-Cast your vote and return to Jay 
-Jay and another officer will verify good standing andrecord the vote.
I will be resending the instructructions a few times leadingup to the May meeting.
