[crw-talk] Saturday meeting

Good day all, I received a call from Park and Rec. They are having a
Softball tournament this Saturday starting at 0830 with setup beforehand,
and are using the Community center for Concessions. I have seen and
received a few notes already that our Secretary, Program Director, and
librarians will not be there. There is also the AAW Symposium that weekend.
With this in mind, I am cancelling the meeting for Saturday July 17th.
