You don't need to have a Q-tip stuck into your brain anymore.

Wisconsinites and those in many other states can order a Covid19
testing kit to be self-administered under Zoom video supervision. If
you don't have insurance coverage, the state will cover it.
It's a saliva sample kit which must be sent out the same day via UPS.
