I'm lucky if I make one sale per month on Etsy. I could do better if I 
pushed it harder. Like Aaron, I'm trying to reduce inventory of 
turnings. I have two display shelves full of items, plus double as much 
more in boxes that need some kind of finishing touch or other. I listed 
two new items on Etsy 3 weeks ago, then posted them on Facebook. Within 
a couple days, a cousin of mine purchased one. So Facebook offers 
selling opportunities as well, if you have a sizeable list of contacts, 
be it relatives, friends, or acqaintances.
