[crw-talk] Shorty

Wow, I last saw Shorty on New Year's Eve of 2019.  At a winery in Alma 
listening to music, he was there with his Lady Friend, Marlene Kassell, 
who was at the last cookout at his retreat up on the hill over Alma.  
Sadly, I recall she too has passed about a year ago.
I recall Shorty giving a demo on making custom wood handles for fly 
fishing rods in my early days in the club; if memory serves, he built 
them for a custom rod builder out west.  He had to be up in years as it 
seems back when I first became treasurer, he was getting the 80 or older 
membership discount even then.
We should have a moment of silence for him at the next meeting.  John
