>  Holding a   Julemarked   (or Christmas Market) during Christmastime is a common tradition in Norway. These themed markets offer a range of items from traditional foods to specialty folk arts and crafts. This year Norskedalen wants to be a part of that tradition by hosting a market that features hand-made gifts and Norwegian baked goods. Our Old-Fashioned Christmas   Julemarked   will take place in our open-air pavilion   on December 5 (x-apple-data-detectors://5)th (x-apple-data-detectors://5)   from 10am – 3pm (x-apple-data-detectors://5). At this event, visitors will be able to purchase Christmas gifts from local vendors, enjoy our property through self-guided tours and hikes, join in on a hunt for the yule log, and have their kiddos write letters to Father Christmas!

>  We are currently looking for vendors for the   Julemarked   and would like to invite the   Coulee Region Woodturners to take part in the event. The vendor fee for this event is $50. Vendor booths measure 16’x8’ and include three picnic tables to be used how you choose. If you wanted to bring a lathe, we could work to accommodate that. Because of the size of the pavilion and distancing guidelines, there is a limited amount of vendors that can participate.
