My two cents worth here, as far as online forums go.  I mentioned Zoom 
in the email down below.

This morning I called Gundersen to inquire about an on-line annual check 
up.  I was told they use Skype Business.  Sounds like a pretty simple 
process, I'll know more after the appointment next week.

My reason for sharing all this "personal " information, Skype may be a 
possible  platform as well as Zoom.  I have no idea which might serve us 
better.  John
