About that garage -
Long-time member Art Ustby built a Shop/Garage way back when.
Perhaps I'm showing my age here, but having recently returned to the
Midwest, I don't even know his status. He incorporated some features that
made it very useful for either application, starting with a utilities
trench for power and dust collection in the middle of the room. Also
provisions for spray booth and the exhaust fan on an outside wall.
Don't forget an auxiliary electrical panel and distribution for both 230v
and 115v outlets.
