At our June meeting we will put a proposal in front of the membership to amend our bylaws.  This has been approved by the board of directors.  It is a major change in wording of the bylaws but the intent of our previous bylaws live on.  Instead of going through a long change we decided to adapt the suggested bylaws of the AAW.  With these bylaws we should be in position to complete our 501(3)c application.

We will not have printed bylaws at the meeting.
