Subject: [Crw-talk] Meeting Setup

TO: All able bodied members within reasonable driving distance.

Your assistance is needed on Friday evening for about 60-90 minutes to set up for the Saturday meeting starting at 6:30.
Last month we left all of our equipment in storage because we did not have enough help to set the room and put up the AV equipment.  I missed seeing the close ups of Wendell’s demonstration and I think that Wendell expected we would have them.  Sorry Wendell. 

The presenter and presentation this month (and next) require close ups for us to get the information we need.

If you are able to assist us please email a reply to me.  2-4 people will make the task go smoother.  Otherwise Bob and I will have to plan on staying quite late.

The club belongs to all of us.  It is a success when we all do our part.
