[Crw-talk] Cindy Drozda Saturday Events

We will be starting promptly at 9:00 AM Saturday morning with a short meeting and Cindy will definitely be “on stage” demonstrating by 9:15.  Come early and enjoy some coffee and donuts.

We will have an instant gallery on Saturday around 11:30 (just before lunch) so bring items to share.

We will not have any tables setup in the audience for this meeting.  We are expecting a crowd and need the chair space.  We will look at putting up a couple of tables at lunch – no promises.

Lunch will be Sub sandwiches – choice of meat (roast beef, ham, and/or turkey), condiments (tomato, onion, lettuce, mustard and mayo) on the side, variety of chips, cold water and coffee.  If you would like anything else like soda you will have to bring your own.

I have asked Cindy to put into her demonstration finials and coloring of wood - otherwise artist’s choice.

Bob and I will be setting up the AV equipment Friday afternoon, our help is needed to setup the room Friday at 7 PM.
Cindy will be setting up also Friday evening.  This will be work time.  If you would like to chat please come early Saturday morning – we have lots to do in a short time on Friday.
