[Crw-talk] CRW display planned for June at the Gundersen Clinic in Onalaska

Slight change of plans. The June display will take place at  Gundersen in LaCrosse on the 3rd floor of the clinic. I decided to change the location given the lower than expected number of interested individuals wanting to display their work.

Because of the low numbers participating, please provide one to two pieces for the display. I will be taking them in anytime from now until mid-May, to give Jim Frank  time to have labels made. You can contact me  at 608-386-4650 if you want to drop them off at my home. Or, I can pick them up at the April and May club meetings. Please have them in a bag with your name, town, and type of wood used.

Dear all,

At the club's request, I will be setting up a display of your work at GHS-Onalaska in June. The display is located right as you enter the clinic.

That was the soonest date that would allow us a whole month to display our work. Also, this will hopefully give you time to turn a piece by June.

As we have grown to be a large club, I would like to collect either 2 small pieces or one larger piece from individuals. I would need, taped on each piece, just a legible name. I will be asking Jim Frank to create labels.

In April and May, I will be collecting the pieces.  You can either bring them to the April or May meeting or drop them off at my home.

As in the past, I will treat your pieces like my own, though  will not take any responsibility for their loss or destruction. Don't worry too much, nothing has ever happened before (knock on wood!!).
