So, I finally goofed up a pen really good.  I'm hoping someone might possibly be able to help me out.  This is a Penn State Industries Big Ben Click Pen.





I switched around the lower and upper tube when I turned my pen.  The click mechanism screws into the coupler.  Since I mixed up the lengths of the tube, the click mechanism now sits about 0.2" closer to the tip and therefore the refill is always out.  I'm thinking that I could make an extension for the coupler.  I believe that the threads are M8 x 0.75.  I was wonder if anyone might have a tap and die for this size or possibly close to this size that I could borrow?
