[Crw-talk] December Christmas Party Notes

1.  The weather is sounding frightful and we want to tell you that if it is dangerous driving to the meeting please chose safety over the meeting.  I hear that we may have several inches of snow Friday evening and Saturday morning.  Good the below zero is not till Saturday night.  There is no Plan B. No postponing no rescheduling. 
2. The tool buy order is in and we need several of you to assist in sorting on Friday night.  Bob and I will not be setting up the cameras and TVs but we still need your help.
3. This will be John and Gary’s last meeting as officers.  We thank them for all they have done and may there be a perch on the end of your poles frequently.
4. Lastly – The coffee will be ready to drink at about 8:30.  We are not allowed to use timers to start the coffee early.  So if you require coffee earlier please stop by Kwik Trip on your way.  There is one from every direction except the west.  If coming from the west pull your boat into Jims and ask for a cup.
