[Crw-talk] finishing pine

Hi Jack,

Last time I did this on pine, I used some sort of prestain to prevent blotchyness.   Don't remember the name, think I got at Menards.   Worked out well.  Bob R

Any advice on how to stain a pinewood cabinet,

 

It was old and the old finish has been stripped off.

 

What should be done before restraining?
