Festival. Fifteen members spent a portion of the day demonstrating, 
selling, and socializing. The club member turnout was great. More 
members made for interesting conversation, and a lot less work for each 
of us. Our sales generated approximately $80.00 for the club treasury. A 
number of people asked questions about turning. We answered their 
questions, and often suggested that they might enjoy attending one of 
our club meetings. Who knows, we may have encouraged some one to join 
our club? The event was a very successful club activity.
