[Crw-talk] Kiln Drying Wood is this weekend's Topic

Good morning everyone!  Just wanted to clear a little confusion.  This
weekend's topic will be "Drying wood in a heated kiln".    The bowl turning
demo was moved to January and will be a "Hands On" Bowl Turning event.
This weekend I will be covering how I dry wood in a simple heated homemade
kiln and I will also have my kiln on hand at the meeting.  I will be
talking about the structure of wood, factors for successful drying, and the
pitfalls to try to avoid.  Everything from pen blanks, platter stock,
roughed out bowls, and more, will be covered.
