[Crw-talk] Demonstration at the May meeting at Stevenson's

Hello all,

I am preparing my demonstration for the upcoming meeting.  I am basing 
the demo on an article in the August 2012 /American Woodturner/ Journal, 
pages 43 to 45. Many members of CRW are also members of the AAW so my 
request will be simple for AAW members.

Please bring your copy of that issue if you have it.  Hint, it has a 
blue cover with a black photo on the front. Our hope was to scan this, 
put it on CRW talk and ask members to copy it.  However that would 
likely put us right in the center of the target for copyright 
violations.  We don't want to go there.  Duane did an extensive search 
of the AAW  website but did not find a copy we could publish.

Even if you don't have an interest in making a jig to turn coffee scoops 
as I will demonstrate, please bring your issue if you have it so the 
person sitting next to you can look over your shoulder if needed.

I have found the scoops are nice little projects that are fun to make, a 
variation from bowl turning that I enjoy and very much a challenge to my 
tool handling skills.
