Hot off the press from Rich Egan, here's the latest CRW Newsletter:

That is the webpage where all newsletters can be viewed or downloaded, 
with the newest at the top.
I think most people have it set to view PDF files direct in the browser 
(Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome to name 3), the other option is 
to save the file to disk by choosing "Save Link As" to download it and 
view with your choice of PDF viewer.

The direct link is for more computer-savvy folks who have their own 
unique preferences for viewing PDF files.
