I've been asked to explain how to import the text document into Excel, 
and I'm afraid I don't use Excel so not sure how - but I'm guessing you 
choose Import under the Edit menu and select Text File, then choose 
"pipe-delimited".

I'm attaching the actual Excel spreadsheet that John Griffiths sent me 
with the corrections I made. If people preferred the PDF format, that 
can be "Saved As" from the Excel document (or maybe it's Export, not sure).

The reason I gave up on the PDF format is because the last column, with 
the phone numbers, got cut off and moved down to seperate pages. I 
couldn't figure out how to fix that, even though I had done it the first 
time without that problem. I can only chalk it up to one of those 
mysteries of computers!
