I am resending this for Jim after processing the attachments which were 
too big to go through.

Attached is a diagram of the site, showing where the CRW booth will be 
located; a map of the area; and a scan of the letter from Norskedalen to 
Jim with all the info of the event (most important to read).

Hope this works for everyone, if you have any troubles with the 
attachments (all just JPG images), let me know.

Members,
We are looking for Demonstrators, Salesmen and Support Help for this 
worthy endeavor. July 6th at 7:00 PM we need several people to help load 
a lathe and support materials. I will have my truck to haul the 
materials and have room for up to 3 people who need a ride and volunteer 
to help. Those who ride with me will meet me at my home at 6:45 AM. We 
should get there by 7:30 AM. Set up will take an hour and the attendees 
will arrive by 9:00 AM.
I have attached maps and a letter that outlines the show. Please bring 
folding chairs, things you would like to turn and the tools needed to 
turn with. We will have two shelters to set up. We need to bring the 
show tables that will be used. I have one, we could use two more.
If you plan to sell, price your objects with a 25% club fee included. We 
could use at least a group of 3 for 3 hours each.
Group 1 - 6:45 to 10:00 AM
Group 2 - 10:00 to 1:30 PM
Group 3 -   1:30 to 4:00 PM
If you want to stay longer, it is up to you.
So far: John Phillips and Jim Frank are signed up and  will be there 
most of the day.
