[Crw-talk] Two Items

Hi all.  I have two items to share with you.

First, I wanted to remind you to bring your bowls for the Empty Bowls 
Project to the November meeting.  For each bowl, I will need the 
turner's name, the wood(s) used and the type of finish used.  Bowls can 
be of any wood and should be 4"-12" in diameter.  I will take care of 
delivering the bowls to Holmen High School in time for their Empty Bowls 
Supper in December.  The bowls will be sold as part of the supper and 
the proceeds given to a local food pantry.

Second, I have come into a bunch of sheets of closed foam (the type used 
to package electronics).  This stuff is great to work with CA glue.  CA 
glue does not stick to this foam.  I typically cut it into 3" squares. 
The sheets are approximately 12" square (yielding 16 3" squares).  Let 
me know if you would like any of these sheets and I will bring them to 
the November meeting.
