Members,
  Due to a change of mind, it is the wish of Phil Miller to resign his post as 2012 President elect.  He plans to continue to help our Secretary Elect Dan Erickson and Newsletter editor Elect Rich Egan with their jobs during their transition to their new positions.

  Per By-Law regulation, if the President resigns from his or her post, the Vice President will assume all the duties of the President for the remainder of the term. Clyde Cassell is the Vice-President elect. He accepts the  position of President as of Jan. 1, 2012.

  This means that we are ready to accept names of those who would like to run for Vice-President. Voting will take place at the Dec. meeting. Those unable to attend the Dec. meeting well be asked to send their proxy vote to Jim Frank at jhfbear at centurytel.net)
