Dear CRW members,

I have communicated this quite well but have not received any response to potential pieces being donated partially or totally to the upcoming Coulee Council Families in Crisis Garden Party planned for August 25. Please see the attached letter and form. You will need to fill out a form for each piece you are sending.

I will be happy to collect any pieces at our July meeting, or you can drop off at my house (3480 Greenbriar Ct., LaX). I will be taking them (or you can if you wish) to the Coulee Council office. They need to have them there no later than Friday, August 19. Once they are received, the Coulee Council office will communicate back to you individually if you have any money coming as a result of selling your piece (note: you can elect to contribute 100% to this cause). I will ask that if the donation is 100%, the Coulee Council office will send a letter acknowledging your contribution.

Please consider participating in this fine cause. Let me know soon if you will be participating so that I can make preparations.
