Handouts, hardcopies and CD's.  Is there anyway we could have either a computer at the meeting so we could simply pop in a memory stick, aka thumb drive and copy them.  Or better yet, how about putting them in PDF format and put them on our website like we do the newsletter.  If a PDF converter (creator) is needed, I would suggest www.dopdf.com at Mayo we have discovered that this freebe is 99% of what we need done with PDF's, in terms of creating them, and being free, is a whole lot cheaper than Adobe pr.

In an effort to make us a little more eco-friendly, I am only going to bring a few hard copies of some handouts I have.  I actually have quite a few handouts on coloring.  If you bring a USB drive to the meeting, I will bring my laptop and will copy them for you.  If you will not be there, e-mail me and I will e-mail the articles back to you.  I you would prefer them on CD, let me know and I will bring some on CD.  Like I said, I am only going to brin about 10 hard copies.  See you Saturday.
